LCPS parents, The district is closely monitoring a social media rumor related to school violence. We want to reassure you that threats made towards our students are taken seriously, and that recent national events are likely contributing to these social media posts. LCPS is currently working with school resource officers on campus and with local law enforcement, who have determined these threats to be unsubstantiated. Thank you for your continued partnership in keeping our schools safe.
